Shipping, Returns & Terms

Shipping

We ship across the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day from our US warehouse; orders after that ship the next business day. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $49; a flat rate applies below that and is shown at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Canada shipping is coming soon — join our list to hear first.

60-Day Happy-Tail Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love every Snout & Tail tool. If you're not delighted within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund — and we'll cover return shipping. Items should be in reasonable condition, but a little pet hair is expected; we know they've been used.

Returns & refunds

To start a return, email help@snouttail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Once your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll replace it right away at no cost.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Email us within 2 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

We work to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders affected by them. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

Our tools are intended for normal at-home pet grooming. Always supervise use and follow included instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snout & Tail is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or website.
